Smart MET’s Hack 2K25 Smart India Hackathon (SIH)

On 25th September 2025, one day Smart MET’s Hack 2K25 is being organized by the Department of AI&DS, MET’s Institute of Engineering, Nashik.

This hackathon is designed as a platform to nurture innovation, creativity, and problem solving among young minds, while also serving as a nominating event for the prestigious Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2025. The event will bring together talented students from diverse disciplines who will work on real-world problem statements contributed by industries, academia, and government bodies.

The Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2025 is a nationwide initiative aimed at fostering innovation and creativity among students by providing a platform to develop solutions for real-world problems. It brings together participants from various academic institutions to work collaboratively in teams, addressing pressing challenges posed by different government departments, industries, and NGOs.

The hackathon encourages the application of cutting-edge technologies and problem-solving skills, enabling students to gain hands-on experience while contributing to the development of innovative solutions. SIH 2025 also aims to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry needs, promote entrepreneurial thinking, and provide exposure to industry practices and expectations.
