An expert talk on “ Project Presentation Skills” was organized under MET's IOE CSI Accredited Wing for Comp Engg. Students. The session was delivered by Mr. Shrikant R Karode, Senior Life member and Patron member of Computer Society of India. The talk was meant for improving presentation skills and project presentatation skills of students

Speaker’s Profile:
He has wide experience over thirty five years in IT.
- General Manager(Corporate IT) in Crompton Greaves Ltd having an experience of 35 years
- Has knowledge of conceptualizing, designing, developing & implementing all types of commercial applications and worked in all types of software development environment viz. from second generation systems to SAP
- Worked at Corporate level in a leading Engineering organization handling entire IT operations in India involving activities like preparation of IT Strategy & Policy, Usage of latest technology in all functions, IT Education, Business Process integration, Ensuring business process continuity, etc.
- For last 6 years heading Training function of a large engineering company, designing and conducting training programmes for employees at all levels(VPs to workmen).
- Senior Life member and Patron member of Computer Society of India. Founder member of Nashik Chapter of Computer

FDP on" Handling Placements Effectively"
MET's Institute of Engineering's Training and Placement cell in association with CSI Accredited wing is organizing a FDP on “Handling Placements Effectively” for the TnP Co-ordinators of MET BKC. This training gave an insight for efficiently handling and implementing placement activities.
The resource person for the talk will be Dr. Priya Jagtap, who is a Behavioral Training Consultant and Executive Coach. Following are the details of the FDP & Mr. Vineet Deore, TPO of NDMVP college.
