Remote Center Coordinator

Responsibility

  • Overall  smooth conduction of workshop
  • Coordinating the A-VIEW testing
  • Accounts settlement, after completion of workshop

A-View Coordinator

Responsibility

  • Looking after the audio-visual equipments and A-VIEW transmission from IIT Bombay to Remote Center
  • Maintaining all the audio-visual equipments
  • Managing camera positioning and proper framing of the camera to view the entire classroom with the help of any support staff
Mr. Pravin Jadhav
System Administrator

Responsibility

  • Providing network connectivity to A-VIEW machine, classroom and the systems in a laboratory
  • Installing required software on all the machines
  • Checking for functionality of the Aakash Clicker Application and Moodle
Workshop Coordinator
As per guidelines

Responsibility

  • Advertisement of the workshop
  • Coordinate with participants, with regard to availability of seats and accommodation.
  • Conduct ion of tests/quizzes, submission of assignments, and the question-answer sessions.
Teaching Assistant
As per guidelines

Responsibility

  • Conduction of labs, offline assignments and tutorials
  • Helping participants to conduct live quizzes using Aakash Clicker Application (if required) during live lecture
Support Staff
As per guidelines

Responsibility

  • Assisting RCC,WSC,A-view coordinator
  • May act as a cameraman or act as a mediator to pass the microphone to the participant who raises the hand for a query or wants to interact with teacher.
